Ocelots Selected for National Tournament
LIVONIA, MI – The Ocelots women's soccer team returns to the NJCAA National Tournament for the 3rd season in a row. Following Schoolcraft's loss in the regional semifinals, all heads turned to the NJCAA selection show on Tuesday. When the 9 seed showed up, Schoolcraft was selected as an at-large bid to compete in the 12-team tournament.
Schoolcraft begins their National Championship trek on Monday in Huntsville, AL facing off against Holmes Community College. These 2 teams last faced off in the 2022 National Championship as Holmes defeated the Ocelots and kept Schoolcraft from advancing out of pool play in PK's. On Tuesday, Schoolcraft plays the #4 seed in Phoenix College. To move on, Schoolcraft must win their pool to move on to the semi-final game. Both games will kick off at 6:45 PM EST.
