Schoolcraft downs Cuyahoga 73-58

Schoolcraft Women's Basketball improved their season record to 4-0 on November 22, 2022. The #10 ranked Ocelots put up a 15 point victory, 73-58, while being led by #23 Samantha Smith who registered 15 points in the contest. 4 other Ocelots put up double-digit points on the night, Eve Parrish, Hunter Conway, Ruby Garner, and Taylor Williams all filled up the basket. Schoolcraft put up quite a defensive effort on the night, giving up only 58 points, just above their average points given up of 56.25 PPG on the young season. To go along with only 58 points given up, the Ocelots registered 13 steals, 3 of which came from #24 Makaiya Thomas, and also swatted 8 Cuyahoga shots away. While leading the team in points, Smith, also led the team in blocks, throwing away 4 Cuyahoga shots. The #10 ranked Ocelots are back in action on December 3, 2022 when Kalamazoo Valley travels to Schoolcraft.
