Ocelots move to 8-0

On Saturday, December 17, 2022, the Schoolcraft Women's Basketball Team defeated Great Lakes Christian College to move to 8-0 on the season. The Ocelots defeated the Crusaders by a score of 75-51. The contest was a special one, as Schoolcraft was hosting their inaugural Teddy Bear Toss game where fans got to throw Teddy Bear's or a new pair of socks onto the court after the first basket of the second half in which all of those goods collected were to be donated to the Children's Hospital of Michigan and the 1Mother2Another cause. #32 LaZae Mosley led the offensive charge for the Ocelots as she dropped 18 points while shooting  50% (6-12) from the field. Mosley was also tied for the team lead in rebounds with 9, she was joined by #4 Eve Parrish and #12 Ruby Garner both with 9 rebounds as well. Two other Ocelots tallied double-digit points as Makaiya Thomas put up 17 points and Ruby Garner put up 14 points. The undefeated Ocelots return to the court on January 6, 2023 as they play host to Spring Arbor University with tip-off at 5:30PM.
